, If we don't have the correct part we will let you know which part is correct and if we have in stock.  We would rather send you the correct part the first time also to eliminate damaged parts through transit. We answer any questions Monday - Friday various times through out the days and most weekends if we are available.  We ship items Monday - Friday if purchased on Friday or the weekend the part will ship out Monday afternoon.  If item is marked used or seller refurbished we have thoroughly tested, cleaned and do our best to get the part back to "like new condition".  If item is open box it will be pulled from a brand new scratch and dent appliance and will state in the description further with more details. If you receive an item that does not work please let us know ASAP so that we can address the issue.  If an item arrives damaged please also let us know ASAP so that we may open a claim with the carrier used.  We package each item with extra care and packaging, however we do know that some package handlers aren't as gentle with items as they should be We want you to be happy with the part you receive so please let us know right away of any issues whatsoever... we are a small business trying to keep costs down for you and others
