Very good condition, used a few times long ago back in 2004-05....our daughter is college junior now........Store for years boxed/indoors. Zipper works perfectly. 2 bean bags long gone....... No pets/no smoke/no shoes in the house. Sold as is. No returns. Due to the size, this play tent set will be sent in the original package or wrapped with a plastic envelope to save $$$ on shipping.
