Cancelations CANCELING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER In order to meet our challenging goals on delivery time we have an automatic system that starts the handling process of our orders as soon as they are placed. This helps us to ship orders as soon as possible. Because of that, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. Once the handling process is completed, you will be receiving an e-mail with the tracking information. You may use the tracking number to verify the estimated delivery date of your package with the carrier assigned. If an incorrect address was input during the checkout, once the order is shipped and you receive the tracking information please contact our Customer Service Team.  We will gladly request a change of address with the carrier.
