Delayed, Lost, or Damaged

Tracking Information
You will receive a shipment confirmation email the day that your order leaves our location. This email will contain your tracking number along with a link to the tracking website for your package.

We offer a 30 day no-hassle 100% return policy on all preowned golf equipment. Items purchased in New Condition and then used can be returned, but will receive a 25% reduced refund.
Damaged in Transit
Mr Topes Golf provides insurance on all items shipped via USPS and FedEx. If your product arrives damaged notify us immediately via email, please include your phone number. We'll immediately open a damage goods claim with the shipping service. After five business days you'll receive a 100% PayPal refund and a prepaid shipping label, use label to ship damage item(s) back to us. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by email to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us.
