The latest ice melt reservoir I have does have a scuff/wear mark on the lip handle, tried to take a pic of it. See pic, does not affect it. No cracks. It’s and open box.
Glass pitcher and jar base are left threaded. Tighten when you turn left or counterclockwise. Be sure you have left threads.
Please note: the Jar/Pitcher Base is Out of stock. Parts were taking off a DM1900 some parts can be used on other machines. Please check before purchase. Contact me with any questions.
