We place a signature requirement on all orders over $250. This helps both the buyer and seller locate a package or file a claim in the event that a package is lost or stolen. Freight Shipping If you purchased an item that is required to be delivered by a freight carrier, it can take up to 3 business days to process your order & schedule a carrier pick-up from our facility. Once your order has been picked up, we will update you with carrier & tracking information. Once you receive your order, please look over your item for any damage. If there is any noticeable damage, please refuse the shipment & contact us via the Pricetronic messaging system ASAP. You have up to 30 days to return a freight order.
