In-stock items are shipped if order is received before 1pm PST. Please note that orders made after 1:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) will be entered the next day. Weekend orders (from Friday after 1:00 P.M.) will be processed on Monday. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.

Returns
Returns & Exchanges
All of our items come with a 30-day money back guarantee (except S&H charges) if unopened. If you choose insured shipping, we will replace any lost or damaged items. You must contact us to request a return authorization or RA#. We do not accept back returns without an RA number. We will make every effort to correct your order in a reasonable amount of processing time. If it is determined that there is a error due to a listing, product description or cross reference error on our part, we will reimburse shipping fees for the return and ship a replacement part at our expense.
