International Orders are handled through the Global Shipping Program (Pricetronic GSP). We ship our international orders to Pricetronic's distribution center in Kentucky, USA & they process the international shipment from there. All returns are inspected by our RMA team & the serial numbers must match what was sent out to successfully process a return. This is to prevent fraudulent returns & to make sure our inventory is not contaminated with counterfeit/defective products.
