Please check the size/shape of battery before place order, there are many different type battery cases for same model number, I have attached dimension pictures in the listing so you can easily to compare, battery is not universal fit, wrong size battery may not fit into your hoverboard. All battery will be test before shipping out, contact us if charger still stay green after replace new battery, most likely is charging port issue.
