In the exceedingly RARE event of a failure during warranty period of 1-year, the owner is responsible for all costs incurred in shipping unit in for warranty service - but we pay shipping back to you if defect is due to our parts or service. We are not liable for any damages incurred in shipping either way, nor any incidental or consequential losses; Our Warranty covers only those actual parts we replaced in servicing, as well as the technical labor to troubleshoot and replace same.
