Free shipping will be by First Class mail via a stamped envelope. Tracking is not included with free shipping. To limit scammers/dishonesty, claims of items not received will be blocked from ever purchasing again in the future! Offering free shipping attracts many scammers so this policy is in place for a reason. After evaluating free shipping, 99.99% of packages arrived, sometimes later than expected but the post office will eventually deliver the package. So, on average, 999 out of 1000 orders will arrive. I have no control over the post office delays. If you would like to track your order, please let me know and I will add an additional $4 fee to your order. If you have concerns, I strongly encourage paid shipping so your order can be tracked.
