Returns

If the merchandise has manufacturer defects, we will provide you a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s). Once we received the item(s) back and after inspection, we will offer full refund (include original shipping cost).

If customers have changed their mind on the products received (whether they are New or Used), We will charge 20% restocking fee (on the total invoice cost). Customers will also be responsible for the return shipping in this case. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returned items must be in original condition including all original parts & accessories and packaging

Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days to process. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us on the status of the return and credit.
