FAQ Q: Why Can I hear a Whistle sound when I use the Amplifier?
A: To properly insert the hearing amplifier please turn down to the lowest volume prior to inserting into the ear canal. While there might be an initial whistling this will clear when the ear dome is correctly fitted into the ear canal. There should be no space between the sides of the ear canal and the dome itself. A: We recommend that you first try a new battery. After the new battery is installed try adjusting up & down the volume to see if there is any audible difference. A: To properly insert the hearing amplifier please turn down to the lowest volume prior to inserting into the ear canal. While there might be an initial whistling this will clear when the ear dome is correctly fitted into the ear canal. There should be no space between the sides of the ear canal and the dome itself.
