Ground orders placed before the 1 PM cut off ship within 1-2 business days and are not guaranteed to ship that same day. When a Ground order is placed after the 1 PM cut off the first processing day becomes the next business day. Ground orders placed after the 1 PM cut off will ship within the next two business days. If you find your item is not as described, or damaged please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. Please keep the paperwork with the package as it will have the correct return mailing information on the paperwork. Items must be unopened. UPS must be able to examine the original package at pickup.
