Returns

Thank you for shopping at ActionVillage. In the unfortunate event you need to return a product, please read our entire procedure so we can expedite your return. All returns must meet the following requirements:
* Any item taken in for return must be brand new, factory sealed and unused.
* No returns on paintballs.
* Returns must be authorized within 30 DAYS of placing your order.
If your item is eligible for return, please contact us through Pricetronic for an RMA Number. If you do not get an RMA number, THE PACKAGE IS GUARANTEED TO BE REFUSED.
In the unfortunate event you receive a wrong item with your order, please notify us immediately so we can get your item corrected. We will issue an RMA number and provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label so you may ship the wrong item back to our facility. Once the return is received and processed, an exchange will be completed for the correct item or you may request a refund for the item.
