Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days of payment being received. Please make sure your preferred shipping address is updated in your Pricetronic profile. Do not include shipping instructions with your PayPal payment as we do not monitor the payment notes.
We ship Monday through Friday 9am to 2pm. Our office is closed on weekends.
Flat Rate Shipping fees are to the continental U.S. only; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional shipping fees. For shipping fees to these locations please contact us before bidding. We must ship to an address on file in your Pricetronic & PayPal account. Please do not request we send your order to a different address via e-mail.
Combined Shipping Discounts: Before paying for your item at checkout request an invoice for combined shipping. We will reply with an invoice with actual shipping charges.
Large or oversized items: Some items such as body panels, fenders,hoods and cowlings must be shipped in oversized boxes. UPS charges extra for such boxes. Please contact us via email with questions before bidding.
Returns: We do accept returns / exchanges on most items. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to correct any problems with your order.
Payment: Please use PayPal for fastest shipping. We cannot sell parts and accessories to any person or business that is engaged in selling used equipment, repairing or providing maintenance services on equipment, or a person or business that is primarily engaged in renting equipment to end users.
