We do recommend that all buyers inspect all their order(s) upon receipt, no refunds are available unless the item is either damaged or defective.

Lost Or Damaged Packages
If you receive your item damage please contact our customer service team within 48 hours to file a UPS claim. UPS will attempt to pick up the package in a total of 3 attempts

If you did not receive your item after delivery confirmation you may contact our customer service team to start a trace with the carrier.
